FTAW Creechdale Phoebe of Amberquest - "Fern"

Fern came all the way up from Dorset from Rob and Julie at Creechdale spaniels. We’d been looking for another pup to train for Field Trials and by luck we found her at the right time. A chunky puppy with a classic ‘crabbing’ action, she settled in well and her training is progressing nicely. 

She’s a powerful dog with bags of enthusiasm and is what we’d call an honest dog, tackling anything you put in front of her with ease. She’s extremely focused on us and would sit on our shoulders if we let her!

My mistakes and her inexperience have meant that our progress in trials has been slow so far, but we have recently picked up a Certificate of Merit and a Gun's Choice award in two separate trials, so we're making progress!
